By sharing methodologies, challenges, and innovations, participants aim to improve the quality and impact of sustainability reporting, helping institutions communicate their progress and drive continuous improvement in their sustainability efforts.

Jen is the Senior Project Manager at ISCN, where she manages member relations, communications, and overall operations. With a robust background in project and event management, she brings a wide variety of experience to the team. At The University of British Columbia, she specialized in sustainability reporting related to education and research, particularly in assessing the sustainability content of academic courses.
