The Aalto University was created 2010 from the merger of three Finnish universities: The Helsinki School of Economics, Helsinki University of Technology and The University of Art and Design Helsinki.

Aalto University specializes in science, art, technology and business and it consists of six schools. We are an international trilingual community (Finnish, English, Swedish) with 4,000 staff members and more than 12,000 students. Aalto Sustainability Hub is the unit responsible for coordination of Aalto University sustainability.
