By submitting an application to the ISCN Excellence Awards you are agreeing to the following conditions:

• All applications must be submitted in English through the official online application form.
• All applications must be submitted by the stated deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
• Applicants must be current ISCN Members in good financial standing to apply for the following categories: Whole Systems Approach, Partnerships for Progress, and Cultural Change for Sustainability.
• Members may apply for more than one award category; however, a separate application must be submitted for each one.
• Only non-member institutions are eligible to apply for the Honorary Member Award category.
  • Non-member applicants must meet the eligibility criteria for ISCN membership, as outlined on our membership application form.
• Applications must be made on behalf of higher education institutions. Applications representing individuals will not be accepted.
• Applications involving collaboration between multiple institutions are welcome; however, a lead institution must be designated for communication purposes.
• All information provided in the application must be accurate and truthful to the best of the applicant’s knowledge.
• Applicants grant ISCN the right to publicly share the details of their projects to inspire other campuses, foster collaboration, and promote the exchange of ideas.
• All applicants confirm that any images submitted as part of an application are obtained with the appropriate permissions and consent, and grant ISCN the right to use these images in its communications and marketing materials.
• Institutions that receive the Honorary Membership Award are not eligible to receive this award category in future years.
• ISCN reserves the right to verify the accuracy of the information included in the applications.
• ISCN reserves the right to reject any application that does not comply with the stated rules and eligibility criteria.
